My office is in Westlake Village, 10 to 15 minutes from Thousand Oaks. I see clients in person at my office and by video anywhere in California.
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with personal and professional experience of neurodivergence. If you’ve spent years feeling like too much, not enough or different, you won’t have to explain the basics to me.

For Thousand Oaks parents
If your teen attends a Conejo Valley Unified school, you know how school stress follows them home. I work with kids and teens ages 10 and up. Families often reach out about anxiety, school refusal, meltdowns and shutdowns, social struggles or a recent diagnosis.

Fees and insurance
Individual sessions are $180 for 50 minutes. Couples and family sessions are $210 for 60 minutes.
I’m in network with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California and Carelon for individual therapy through Headway. I also provide superbills for out-of-network PPO benefits. Fees and insurance →
