Anxiety Therapy in Thousand Oaks
Worry shouldn’t get to run your day.
Maybe your mind won’t shut off at night. Maybe you replay every conversation, or put off the email because it has to be perfect. For teens it often shows up as stomachaches before school, avoiding friends or melting down over homework. Anxiety looks different in everyone. We figure out what yours is doing and how to loosen its grip.

When anxiety and neurodivergence overlap
Anxiety is common in people with ADHD and autism, and it often gets treated as the whole story. If that fits you, we look at both. If it doesn’t, you get the same care. No diagnosis needed.
My approach
My approach is warm, direct and practical. We look at what sets your anxiety off, what keeps it going and what you do to cope. Then we build tools that fit how you think, drawing on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), so you can stop bracing for the next thing. With teens, parents stay involved where it helps.
